GENERAL INFORMATION
Q: What time do doors open? A: 11 A.M. Q: Will tickets be available for sale at the show? A: Yes! Tickets are available all day at the box office. Remember day of prices are always slightly higher, so grab yours online now. Q: Can I leave the venue once I'm inside? A: Yes! You will receive a wristband are permitted to do In and Outs. Q: Is there smoking inside the venue? A: Yes, but only in designated areas. Q: Can I bring in water of my own? A: Unfortunately no outside food/drinks are allowed inside the venue. However, there will be water available for purchase. Q: Is there a lost and found? A: All guests looking to claim or report lost items should do so at the Box Office. Q: Can I bring a bag inside the venue? A: You are allowed to bring in small 10 x 10 draw string bags, and purses. But they are subject to inspection upon entry. No large backpacks or duffel bags. Q: Is alcohol served at the venue? A: Yes. However, guests must be over 21 to consume alcohol and must have ID to prove their age. The venue reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guests, for any reason. The venue reserves the right to remove you from the premises if they feel you are intoxicated. Guests possessing alcohol, who do not have proof of being at least 21, will be removed from the premises and subject to prosecution. Q: Do I have to pay to park? A: No. Q: I can no longer attend the event, are my tickets refundable? A: Unfortunately tickets are non-refundable. Make sure you read the terms and conditions before purchasing if you're unsure! This is a rain or shine event. Anyone seen attempting to sell tickets on the venue premises will be immediately removed and criminally prosecuted (ticket scalping is illegal.) Q: If I need First Aid or Medical Help what should I do? A: There are First Aid stations by both entrances where medical treatment is available. Please contact a uniformed staff member if you or a member of your party are in need of medical assistance. Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) are ready to respond to emergencies. Guests needing medical assistance are encouraged to contact a nearby event staff or security staff member. Q: Covid? What are the guidelines? A: We will comply with any and all state mandates as they are enforced. As of right now, vaccine and masks are not a requirement for this festival. Just like the pandemic, this is subject to change and we would send out notifications to everyone letting them know! Q: Are children allowed at the festival? A: This is an all ages event! Children under 6 enter for free. Please make sure they have ear protection. Q: ARE THERE RESERVED SEATS? A: The entire festival is GA (General admission).
